Our stay at the hotel was mostly enjoyable. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, and the kids loved the new amenities, especially the onsite funfair and water park. However, the quality of service was hit or miss, and we encountered a few rude staff members. The beach wasn't what we had hoped for either, being a shingle beach rather than sandy. Overall, it’s great for families but not without its flaws.
